Lu Becerra developed an early fixation on real estate, studying property and value creation long before it was expected or encouraged. That curiosity hardened into discipline, persistence, and a long-term mindset shaped by setbacks, stalled deals, and the refusal to quit.
Jose Becerra brings decades of construction and project management experience—an operator’s command of schedules, costs, crews, and execution. He sees risk where others see drawings and insists on accountability in the field, not just on paper.
Together, they align vision with execution. Lu identifies opportunity and sets strategy; Jose ensures feasibility, constructability, and control. One drives growth, the other enforces discipline.
